Eugene Boos
President / Master Electrician
Eugene, who has called WNY his home for his entire life, is not only a highly skilled commercial & residential electrician but he also has a fantastic attitude that is contagious throughout the office. It all started in the year 1983 when Eugene graduated from Trott Vocational Technical High School with a focus in their highly skilled electrical program. After the early days, Eugene immediately moved on to attend the Association of Builders & Contractors Apprenticeship program where he learned the building blocks to being a professional electrician. Fast forward 35 years, Eugene is able to efficiently apply all of those electrical skills & experience he has learned along the way. His main goal is to provide exceptional customer service to every single customer along the way. This goal paired with his willingness to challenge your problems head on is the perfect mix to make your electrical problems disappear.

Lindemann-Boos
Vice President / CFO
Laura’s story begins in 1993 when she graduated from Akron Central High School with a focus in business & foreign language. She was born and raised in western, NY however she lived in various locations where she gained experience in customer service and other business-related operations. Pairing the business minded focus with over 20 years of professional experience in customer service-related positions helps prove that Laura has what it takes to handle it all. Laura’s experience in the business sector separates Preferred Electrical Services of WNY Inc. from all the rest. Laura has a particular interest in traveling, cooking, animals & nature. Her main goal is to continue to grow Preferred Electrical Services of WNY Inc. into the best electrical service provider in the area. She plans to do that by providing the best possible customer service experience for all our customers.
Katie Russo
Office Manager
Katie is polite, friendly and extremely capable of handling any pertaining electrical request. Katie was born in WNY and took her talents to Virginia where she completed high school at Wilson Memorial High School in Fishersville. After attending high school, Katie headed to Blue Ridge Community College where she was able to complete her General Studies. Katie has has excellent communication skills that extend all the way to her superb listening skills. These skills are the reason why she can get her duties done that include answering customer calls, scheduling appointments & employees, and managing payroll and all book keeping. Katie’s attention to detail provides flawless scheduling so that we don’t have to keep rescheduling like other companies may have done in the past.
Robert Wilber
Senior Electrical Technician
Robert was raised in Lockport NY and has a commitment to his work. With his 20 years of experience within the electrical trade, no challenge is too large for him. When you combine that with his foreman experience you get a valuable electrician that can handle any project thrown his way. Roberts ability to troubleshoot, rewiring existing wiring, running pvc pipes, and perform pipe bending means he will focus on more than just getting the job done. He will make sure he performs the projects the most efficient way and not just the quickest. Robert likes to go hunting, fishing & all other outdoor activities with his spare time. Robert has always had a goal to travel to other places in the world.
KATIE RUSSO
